This Privacy Policy explains how MG Depot ("we", "us", "our") - including our stores CS Deroche Wholesale & Retailers and Q's Wholesale & Retailers - handles information in connection with this website.
The short version
Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not collect or store personal information on our servers. We only receive information when you choose to contact us. Separately, if you join our in-store Membership Rewards program, we keep the details you give us at the counter (such as your name and phone number) and your purchase history, to run the program - see Membership rewards program below.
Information we receive
The website has no accounts and no checkout. The "Order on WhatsApp", enquiry and contact buttons simply open a pre-filled message in WhatsApp (or your email/phone app). Nothing is sent until you press send, and anything you send then reaches us directly through that service. The details you share that way - such as your name, phone number and the items you ask about - are used only to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order.
Membership rewards program
If you choose to join the MG Depot Membership Rewards program, we collect and keep the details you give us when you sign up at the counter - such as your name and phone number - and a record of your purchases at the store, so we can operate the program and apply any rewards. This information is held in our in-store point-of-sale system, not on this website. We use it only to run the rewards program and to contact you about it; we do not sell, rent or trade it. Membership is free and optional, and you may ask us at any time to see what we hold, stop receiving messages, or close your membership and remove your details.

We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
Third-party services
When you message or visit us through a third-party service, that service handles your information under its own privacy policy, including:
